The city of latrobe used to be great with so many parks and activities for kids and teens to do. Today all kids want to do is drugs and start trouble. People are getting shot and kids today want to be "gang affeilated". With the tear downs of so many parks and recreational activities to Do, kids look for trouble . I'm starting this petition to show the latrobe city council that we need change. We need activities for kids to stay out of trouble and make friends.
