HISD chief admits errors in bus overhaul

It is good to see someone in HISD Administration finally admitting that there are issues with the new transportation plan and taking steps to correct it.  Hopefully, the fact that the new Transportation Manager is a former bus driver means that there will be some more logical decisions being made going forward.  How many of our kids are still being required to travel over 2 miles and/or across hazardous routes to get to their bus stops?
