Today with the help from the European court of human rights, and never ending fire power on our side we were able to achieve success!! The emergency court order that stripped us of our legal guardianship and travel ban has been revoked!!!!! As an added win the judge also ordered that her transfer to an EU or US hospital should start asap!!

A huge win to all paediatric patiens not just Dorothea, setting a precident for all parents that face medical negligence. This serves a warning shot to all EU hospitals, you must respect consent and you cant retaliate against whistle blowers.

As parents our only care has been Dorothea's safety, she has fough too hard for this life, for her not to get the best and safest care available.

Now we pray we can get a speedy transfer and quickly overcome the next major heart surgery (fontan) in the nest 30-60 days.

In 8 days Dorothea turns 3 years old... now we can celebrate in peace.
