Almost to 1000!!!!!

Working with several rescues who are helping make laws better for them as well as shelters and fosters. The problem is there is too much of a gray area. Organizations need to work with me on changing some areas they feel are important. Everyone should be accountable. We can't pic and choose who needs to follow the law and who doesn't. If you are slipping by the law , I need to know why, so those things can be reworked for the better! Thank you for helping.
