Monosodium glutamate (MSG) has long been shown to be damaging to one's health. Frontier serves thousands of people. As such an important part of Albuquerque's culture, making the food healthier would be a great example to other restaurants and to other community leaders. Please, Frontier Restaurant: if you care about your customers and their health, and if you want to be a leader in making progress toward healthy foods, cease using MSG in Frontier and Golden Pride restaurants. The food will taste just as amazing and New Mexican without it!
