As most of you may have heard or seen on Facebook, yesterday my dog, Jynx was shot by my neighbor, and was in critical condition due to the vital organs that the pellet hit when he was shot. After many of you shared, donated, and I started to feel hope towards my dog's progress postsurgery, I was awaken today by a phone call that during the night/early hours of the morning my dog passed due to internal bleeding. He didn't deserve this and most of all he was a helpless and harmless dog. Even worse he was family, and was my best friend. Everyday for years he greeted me when I came home from school, and slept next to me every night giving me comfort and protection. He was a delight to see every morning, and someone I could come to every day and talk to like he could understand and listen to what I was going through. It is indescribable how much this dog meant to me; he was the dog my family had the longest. We spent every waking minute caring for him as well with all his needs. Gizmo is so scared right now without you, if only you were here to comfort him and tell him it will all be fine! He was pretty much my brother, with long hair, energy, and a lovable attitude. I can't believe he is actually gone, hopefully to someplace where there are ample treats and plenty other dog friends that can take care of him. I love you Jynx, and miss you more than your doggie mind could ever comprehend! ~Rest in peace Jynx August 16, 2017~ You will be missed and thought about forever!

In hopes of holding our neighbor accountable for the crimes he has committed.
