Landlords Insisting Tenants to Pay Rental in Arrears and Current Rents during Heightened Alert

Dear Tenants,

I have received feedbacks from Tenants that some of the Landlords are insisting Tenants to pay up all their Rental In Arrears as well as Current Rents under the Heightened Alert in order to receive the Rental Support Scheme to be paid out in August 2021.

I would appreciate more Tenants who have such experiences to write to me to share your experiences so that I can address these concerns to the Government and Mr Edward Chia.
