Victory! New service 160M introduced to serve BB West Extension

Although we did not have service 66's amendment withdrawn, the MP in charge, Amy Khor, had informed the residents in the handout that there will be a new service, 160M introduced to serve the Bukit Batok West Extension area. However, as a bus spotter, i realised that M suffix services are not that frequent as the parent service but i hope this time would be a exception.
