Thanks to the 14,806 people who have signed my petition. I sent a letter to the Karnataka CM about the inordinate delay in review of my file, and explained how this was clearly a CONTEMPT OF COURT

The matter is pending with the office of Bengaluru Urban Deputy Commissioner despite an order from the Karnataka High Court (WP46964 of 2017) over 5 years ago. The honorable HC’s order dated 16th November 2017 said 

“It is also made clear that if any enquiry is required to be initiated in the matter, the authorities concerned are directed to initiate the same within four weeks from today and the same shall be concluded within six months therefrom”

The latest case notation from DC office (30/03/2021) says "case called, respondent’s counsel present & they have already filed all documents, so case posted for order" 

All Government departments celebrate #VigilanceAwarenessWeek2022. There is NO legal reason to delay passing an order on this issue. 

I hope and pray that the CMO's directive to office of Bengaluru Urban DC leads to positive action.
