Bengaluru Urban DC Officials won't act and are delaying file review for years

• Nov 2017: Kar. High Court ordered Bengaluru DC to 'conclude review' within SIX MONTHS
• Mar 2021: Bengaluru DC status "case posted for order"
• July 2022: I met the Bengaluru Urban Deputy Commissioner
• I've sent several petitions to Karnataka CM - Jan 2022, Dec 2021, Sept 2021, Feb 2021, May 2020

Officials won't act and are delaying file review for years. Middlemen asking  over ₹10L+ to have the file cleared even after DC office has marked it "case posted for order"

I request the Revenue Minister @RAshokaBJP and Chief Minister @CMofKarnataka to direct officials to act on this file ASAP.
