When the building of the City Heights Academy was approved, Lambeth Council promised the youths of the community a Youth Centre, and to refurbish the local community centre. So far this has not been done. The Youth Centre has been built, but is not available for the community, and no-one will say when it will be open to the local youths.
We ask the Council to honour their promises and make the leisure facilities available to the the local community.
