The planning commission will be conducting a hearing on phase 2 of the silo development on Arapahoe adjacent to the “Lafayette marketplace“ now called “the range“. The original silo, applicant, cornerstone development, promised, beautiful timber frame and modern farmhouse homes, a huge central park, a community supported agriculture farm (CSA)  And an organic restaurant serving fresh produce from the CSA.  Cornerstones rendering of the CSA is the photo above. After they got their approval cornerstone flipped the land to a national home builder. They have completed phase one and it bears absolutely no resemblance to the promises that cornerstone made.
