I am out of to town but it would be great if others could attend this meeting and speak during the Public Comment portion of the meeting at 5:30 PM. You don’t have to stay for the whole meeting!

Below is an excerpt from the City Council‘s agenda for this meeting which includes the first step moving forward for the “gateway Lafayette“ residential  development, just east of the Forest Park commercial area  where 95 A restaurantused to be. Boulder Creek homes wants the city to 20 acres and believes the city will approve up to 10 residential residential units per acre or a total of 200 homes of some type.

You don’t need to be an expert on anything to speak during public comment. Just express concern about the ridiculous traffic, congestion on Arapahoe and the continuing parade of proposed new developments along Arapahoe that will only make that worse. Thanks very much for showing up and letting the City Council know we are watching And we are very concerned!
