Google Reviews

Hello! I see that a lot of us already have written Google reviews about the complex and thats awesome. The more physical proof we have the better! If you have already written a review, please consider adding the link to this petition to your Google review so our fellow residents have more ways to find this link. If you have not written a review, please please take the time to do so. We must document everything! The office staff came after me yesterday threatening to sick their lawyers on me. But that's not gonna stop me!!! I propose we ask for the past 3-6 months of our water, sewer and trash payments. Why are we paying for water and trash if we rarely have reliable hot water and that giant dumpster has been sitting there full for months now. So what are we paying for?! I also propose a concession off our rent this month for the inconvenience and to cover the costs this mightve forced you to take on. (Buying hand sanitizer, boiling pots of water, taking your laundry to a laundromat, etc)
