Anthony & Danyelle Timmons founded Labwork, LLC in 2015. Anthony is an entrepreneur, Christian author, mentor, and personal trainer. He became active in the community in 2008 when he began coaching for an AAU basketball team and becoming the Co-Founder of a nonprofit organization. His love for coaching and fitness later turned into many avenues.

AAU Basketball Coach (SC Elite, Team GOOD, 3 Ball Elite), Nonprofit Founder (Good Kids Inc, Healthy Bodies in Motion), Camp Instructor (Elite Skills Basketball, Boot Camp w/ Amp), Mentor (Concerned Black Men, Man Up, HBIM Real Talk), Head Basketball Coach (Classical Covenant Christian Academy) and    Instructor (Kids In Motion Fitness DVD).

Everything with Labwork has involved moving from different locations throughout Columbia. Labwork has finally found a permanent location to host fitness, basketball and many community outreach events. Anthony is currently a general contractor. He owns Timmons Painting, LLC and Excel Publishings, LLC with his wife Danyelle.
