Once again the Zionist 'anti-Semitism' witch-hunt has picked off another target. As always it is socialists, anti-racists, anti-imperialists and often Jewish or Black members who are  the victims of the Israel lobby and its tame media.

Firstly it was Tony Greenstein, then Jackie Walker, then Ken Livingstone and Marc Wadsworth.  Now it is Chris Williamson MP who has been in the sights of the Labour Friends of Israel and the Jewish Labour Movement.

The Jewish Labour Movement describes itself as the 'sister party' of the Israeli Labour Party. Earlier last year, Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel's Prime Minister tried to deport 40,000 Black African refugees because they were neither Jewish nor White. He argued that they threatened Israel's Jewish identity. The Israeli Labour Party supported Netanyahu. Not once have the JLM criticised their 'sister party'.

Last summer the Israeli army employed snipers to shoot down, in cold blood, unarmed demonstrators in Gaza. Israel was concerned that the inmates of the world's largest open air prison, might escape. Over 300 Palestinians, including at least 50 children have been murdered. This includes Razan al-Najar, a 21 year old medic cut down as she was tending the wounded.

Labour Friends of Israel put out a tweet supporting the Israeli army and blaming those who had been murdered for their own deaths. No one in LFI has been disciplined over their support for war crimes.

We note that Tom Watson MP, who was instrumental in the suspension of Chris Williamson, is listed as a supporter of LFI. Tom Watson has also received large donations from LFI supporters Sir Trevor Chinn and Sir David Garrard.

We have full confidence in Chris Williamson. We reject the allegation that Chris Williamson MP is a racist or anti-Semitic. Accusations of anti-Semitism are the ritual accusation made against anti-Zionists and supporters of the Palestinians.

At the very same time that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has facilitated the entry of a Judeo-Nazi Party Otzma Yehudit into the Knesset the British Labour Party is suspending an anti-racist MP and bowing to the demands of the Zionist lobby.
