Nov. 15th. The Judge denied Heard's request of Depp's mental evaluation.

Mr Chew : We don't have a pleading from the defendant yet. We have a series of serial declarations in which she gives more and more informations, one of which she told the Court she'd never been into Washington Dc before.

But, Your Honor, to get the answer, so there has been no pleadings. So there's not anything she has put an issue, other than her serial declarations.

Nor is there any specific allegation of particular mental injury. In fact, there was none.

The production of medical records is appropriate, but an IME is not.

And that's precisely what Your Honor has already ordered Mr Depp to do. And what Mr Depp has done.

And included in the records that will be produced today, if they haven't been already, are the records of Dr Kipper. (-->the one she tried to drag in the case for her purpose..funny, isn' it?)

Dr Kipper is also a Fact witness.

We expect him to testify that he saw, he personally witnessed violence between the couple, but the violence was initiated by Ms Heard. And Mr Depp did not even respond physically to that violence.

He will testify as a fact witness. So this is a case of be careful what you wish for.

The Judge: Request for an IME is denied.

In this case the medical records of Mr Depp have been ordered to be produced. The request in this case -- I don't want to characterized anyone's action badly but to some extent the request seem to me to be an effort to have a medical assessment  by an expert who would then be offered as a witness to testify as to the credibility of one of the parties.

And I don't find that to be appropriate or helpful. We have a jury that will be in this case and they can be the fact finders as to the credibility of the witness.

So I find no good cause shown for the IME in this case and deny the request.
