I know I look big an tough, but I'm scared here in the shelter. At only 1 year old, I deserve a new start to life. I came to City of San Bernardino Animal Control-Shelter as a stray on 2/29/24 and I've been hoping my luck will change, but so far, no one has chosen me...

San Bernardino City Animal Shelter is a public shelter. Any dog past his or her release date is subject to euthanasia. Fearful dogs and those with "behavior" issues, as assessed by kennel managers are most at risk.
