Imagine if you were an animal caught in the Los Angeles County Animal Pounds. Imagine if your only chance of ever getting out was for people to discover you during RUSH HOUR in Los Angeles. I don't know about you but I plan my day around the idea of NOT being on the FREEWAYS DURING RUSH HOUR. #POUNDWORKERS like Marcia Mayeda who is responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of animals don't seem to care about our schedules. #POUNDWORKERS like Marcia are wasting their time promoting Unicorns (I wish I was joking...Google Marcia Mayeda and unicorns) while local tax-payers are waiting between 45 to 120 minutes ON HOLD simply to learn information about an animal they've seen online because they can't get into see the animals.

Sadly, #POUNDWORKER Marcia Mayeda's long time friend Janice Hahn (LA County Board of Supervisor buddy) does almost NOTHING to help create ACTUAL change at our pounds. Instead of giving us access to the pounds, Janice decided after seeing a documentary on television to give prisoners access to dogs. After hundreds and hundreds of people have contacted Janice Hahn about the reopening of our pounds, she decides to spend millions on dogs and prison inmates. I would laugh but I can't stop crying.

Hey Janice...I don't want to have to make a documentary to get you to notice how OUT OF TOUCH you are. Your #POUNDWORKERS are killing THOUSANDS! And your effort to research what happened to BOWIE resulted in NOTHING! DO SOMETHING! OPEN THE SHELTERS TO START!
