Hi:

I'm organizing bi-monthly speakers to speak at LA County Supervisor meetings. I finally realize we've been targeting the wrong people when it comes to the conditions at our L.A. County Animal Pounds. I spoke virtually at the last meeting and need more people to give our animals voice at these upcoming 2022/2023 meetings. We need community members to speak about fully reopening the Animal Pounds, wrongful deaths of our pound animals, new leadership at the County pounds, enforceable laws/ordinances stopping the illegal breeding and sales of animals, forcing all animal pounds to work powerfully with rescues,  community outreach, more promotions of the new law requiring waived fees for veterans, deceitful labeling of animals so they can kill, etc. I won't stop building this public speaking army until this council begins listening to us and making the changes we request. Please be unreasonable and join me in this new direction of talking publicly to the 5 women who actually determine the outcomes of LA policy at our LA pounds.
