Post surgery (spine), but left to recover at East Valley � Again no rescue available …

9 year old 21lbs

Arrived 10/29/22 as a stray. He was suffering a severe injury to his back (crushed disk!) that required surgery. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan took care of his surgery��

But now, he is back at the shelter, in the critical care medical room. He really needs to be in a comfy home.

***Must have strict confinement for the next 4 weeks.  Must be kept in a small crate large enough for him to stand up and turn around with a non-slick, well padded surface. During this time, he must be assisted going out with a sling and then brought right back to his crate. Love & gentle pets (while crate resting are allowed ♥️).***

Senior maltese/poodle mix "Jet" has returned from spinal surgery where a herniated disc was removed.

He needs continued post-spine surgery veterinary treatment and physical rehabilitation to fully recuperate.

Needs a rescue ASAP��
