Nothing has changed on our fight to open the animal pounds. Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn has done NOTHING after Director Marcia Mayeda gave her recent update which compared Los Angeles Animal Pounds to zoos. Hey Marcia, guess what. The ZOOS ARE OPEN. 

LOS ANGELES ZOO DAILY SCHEDULE
"We are open from 10am to 5pm every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day (December 25). Last entry is at 3:45 p.m. Date-specific tickets are recommended for general admission.

The Zoo experience has been modified for the health and safety of our guests, staff, and animals. While the majority of animal exhibits are accessible to guests, some habitats and experiences remain closed or have restricted access to ensure physical distancing."

MILO NEEDS US
Meanwhile, dogs and cats like Milo (see in this post) are suffering. Milo needs our help. He's trapped at Los Angeles County's Animal Pound in Castaic. He was dumped by the owner after the owner admitted to the staff that her child couldn't stop hitting Milo in the face.

After staff evaluated Milo, they have made him available for adoption to any family that does not have children. Milo can be adopted TODAY!
