I'm in the middle of trying to save a Schnauzer at SEAACA in Downey, California. Since Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control facilities are playing games with words and lives, take a listen to what you hear when you call SEAACA. Keep in mind, they've been telling people they are open. Listen to their outbound message..."The Care Center is Closed for In-Person Animal Viewing." Who is really confused here? Is it the general public or the animal pound? With communications like this, sad to say it's officially BOTH.

WE NEED ALL LOS ANGELES SUPERVISORS TO DEMAND ALL LOS ANGELES COUNTY ANIMAL POUNDS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC NOW! If they wanna keep a version of the appointment system, let them. But STOP KEEPING OUR ANIMAL POUNDS CLOSED!

In other news, I shared Puddles (a mini poodle) last week. One of the Los Angeles County Animal Pounds just killed her. Please don't believe these government organizations are saving lives with this NEW appointment system. The system is BROKEN and they are hiding behind YOUR TRUST.
