He is only 2 years old. No one has even looked at him with your new managed intake policies. How can you justify killing an animal when you haven't even allowed the public or rescues to see the dog? You are causing this problem at this point. OPEN THE FREAKING SHELTERS NOW!

Jude may not be a fan for small dogs, but perhaps larger calm dogs may be his thing. But HIS TIME IS UP!
