The City of Los Angeles Animal Care and Control is requiring people choose animals to adopt from their website. If an animal's listing does not include a photograph(as seen here), there is zero chance the dog or cat will get out. Is it not "cruel and unusual" for an animal to be in their care and not have any way to be adopted or rescued. You can ride on rides at Disneyland but you can't go to The Los Angeles City Animal Pounds and preview animals behind fences.

WE MUST GAIN IMMEDIATE UNFETTERED ACCESS TO ALL ANIMALS AT ALL CITY AND LOS ANGELES COUNTY ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROLS.
