Але коли Сергія доставили до Німеччини, з'ясувалося, що ДНК, яке знайшли на яхті, з його ДНК не співпадає. Інших доказів його причетності до диверсії у слідства не було. І за подальші півроку не з’явилося.

Sergey Kuznetsov's detention in the pre-trial detention center was extended for another three months.

He was detained in Italy in November last year on a German warrant. The main argument for his extradition was DNA found on the yacht from which this sabotage was supposedly carried out.
