Dear Konami,

Please understand the following:

- it is very frustrating for the PC users to see that we are unable to connect to the servers to play the game online.

- we've been waiting for this game for months

- most of us purchased the Legendary edition or other expensive editions especially for the online perks. 

- to be unable to access the online servers and play in myclub/online leagues etc for over a week now it completely unacceptable, especially seeing how quiet you are about the problem and that you're trying to minimize it. 

PES 2019 is the best football simulator to date, but please allow us to experience it and to love it, not to hate it because of some stupid server errors! There's no point in launching a fantastic game if the users can't get the full experience out of it.

I'm an online player since PES 6 but this must be the most disappointing edition re the online, as there isn't any online yet! Cannot describe I've been waiting for the first weekend of PES 2019, weekend which ended up being very depressive due to the lack of online, and now we're getting closer towards the second weekend.

Please get a grip and fix these issues, you don't understand in how much pain PC users are, yes it is just a game but it's something we are very passionate about and something we've been waiting for months, something we trust and we've invested emotionally for years, so don't let us down....

Fix these problems as soon as possible and kindly give us some reasonable compensation for being your loyal fans, we still trust you...
