Dreadful Condition of Behala

Almost all of us who are citizens of Kolkata are familiar with the sickening condition of Behala .The streches near Chowrasta,tramdepot,etc are a nightmare for the local residents when it is a traffic stricken day or a rainy day.The tram depot area is a loathsome view to the eyes with waste materials loitering on busy road sides with a foul smell being emitted .Adding to that are the perpetual  unpleasant construction condition of Behala metro and the hellish traffic .It is a pity that while rest of Kolkata is booming with more or less decent infrastructure ,Behala's condition is becoming worse.Its time the authorities take any major steps in eradicating this consistent problem.

This is a earnest request to all the citizens/non citizens of behala to sign this petition so that the authorities pay heed to our problem.
