Friends, Governor Evers staff was handed this petition in person at our Madison Rally, Nov. 16, 2023. He refuses to respond. While FBRF has been successful in the appellate court revoking the Wetland Fill Permit for the proposed Kohler golf course, the agreement giving state park land to the company is still in place. Kohler can revise its plan and continue to build its course destroying prime Kohler Andrae State Park land. The DNR manufactured land swap was improper and illegal. WHY WON'T GOVERNOR EVERS TAKE ACTION TO RESCIND THE LAND SWAP AGREEMENT?
