Local Councils automatically fine $370 if pet registrations are late. Knox Dogs’ Party, Pets in the Park, paid for by cat registrations, is on Sunday 26th March. Knox does not give anything to cat-owners but if regos are not paid by 10th April Council fines are $370, or court. Councils have profited $600,000 in six months from pet robo-fines. The Victorian Ombudsman has not only altered public record, to suit Council, hiding the lack of consultation on 24-hrs, it is now clear that they expressly gave misleading misinformation to a direct question, to then disappear 143 complainants, and complaints on the lack of community consultation, from their Annual Report and media reportage, thus protecting Knox City Council from scrutiny.
