We should hear news soon from the Ombudsman.  Council has caused delays answering our case-manager.  I got involved seeing more lack of consultation and transparency.  Our cats' lives, community and a healthy future are worth fighting for - step-by-step.

Preventing community consultation  Overdevelopments are decimating native wildlife and canopy trees.  Responsibly-owned, de-sexed cats are being blamed for damage made by humans.  Council has shown no evidence, no statistics, and no expert advice for its claims. 

Objections going missing, figures being mis-stated, gave a developer permit to destroy Ferny Creek Trail's 'wildlife corridor' for his carpark.  This was public land, Aboriginal creek land that has always been a walking trail.  The Trail fenceline was not on the planning documents, misleading the public, and the Council planner would not answer the many questions from concerned residents.  Council stated the permit was for a 'Medical Centre' with set hours but it can operate 24-hours without a permit, with a building sold worldwide for 'high-density residential' as well as 'commercial'.   Even Save the Dandenongs League Objection was hidden.
