We have been assigned an Ombudsman Investigation Officer, who has requested lists of Defects, which Julianne and I are now preparing. Knox Communications sent us a letter confirming that Council did not advertise 24-hours. When we were not informed of Council's proposed law, or their intentions, how could we participate in 'community engagement'? Shall update with more soon when we have more info available. If you know residents who will help us by joining the Ombudsman case, please let them know how.
Think like a cat, around corners. Thank you!
A group case is now with the Ombudsman - they do not accept petitions. To join the case each resident needs to individually send their authority.
