Have had to re-write and revise the Ombudsman submission to ask to Revoke this Order.

The Dusk-to-Dawn trial curfew was never Motioned on 28th June 2021 Council Meeting.  Only two untested, and not consulted Motion Orders of strict hours of 7pm - 7am or 24-hours.

As Julianne alerted - even the word curfew means a time for being inside, when other times are for being outside -  so this term is also being mis-used to mis-lead.

First I submit to Council to ask to Revoke.  Then the Ombudsman.  This is for future cats too, not just for those living here now.   Each resident will need to give their permission for an effective group case.  Stay warm with our wonderful cats, thank you,                             Ashlley             morgan-shae@ihug.com.au
