We have very encouraging news to share... our brilliant Knowle Liberal Democrat candidates Zach, Anna and Cllr Tim Kent have written to BCC's Head of Legal, recommending that the 5th July meeting should be considered illegal and that the decision to refuse Broadwalk on 31st May should be reinstated. We are so grateful for their support and for their detailed understanding of what has gone so badly wrong! 

This letter was made possible due to the clarification of the meeting minutes on 20th September, so thanks also to everyone who came along to read statements, hold up our banners and generally support from the public gallery! And to the many people who emailed the DCA Councillors before the meeting, encouraging them to do the right thing.

We will hopefully see many more requests like this being submitted to BCC over the coming weeks and months, now it has been legally established that Broadwalk was Refused, not Deferred.
