For far too long the efforts of our most gallant knight errant have been ignored.  Many the miles he has travelled, long the lonely nights of (gastrointestinal) pain he has endured.  

A scholar, a gentleman, an ambassador for the foolhardy and valorous who would attempt any challenge, no matter the cost.

More than a man, a living myth, the scourge of overly ambitious restaurants with razor thin profit margins.   If you're a struggling  restaurant in the middle of nowhere, and nowhere else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can enlist the help of the beard team.  And maybe, just maybe he'll ask to see the desert menu.
