Very serious concerns with the change org site

Signature count last night was 1,485

Signature count today at 13:51 is 1,485

Yet its telling me that our local Councillor Alison Munro signed 3 hours ago.

So why is it not saying 1,486 have signed?

The implications on not just this but other petitions are therefore concerning as if she signed at around 10:54am it should now be 1,486 for certain.  This makes me wonder about the other 20,000 + views we have had
