CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT USED BY The Ruling powers (who own pretty much everything)

There has been controversy in the news recently because of protest and activist groups and a New Policing Bill that claims to curb political action rights.

But the main act is the Criminal Damage act 1971 which will not be compatible with this new act.  

The truth is, i believe that the people (peers) that Anonymous official has indicated to us in the last update.. they have been using clauses in the Criminal Damage act to give them legal right and privilege of intervention in events, when they have an interest in acting or intervention ... Even if it would cause harm, or a risk of harm or damage to property or persons (except arson)

They even in theory could use this law to cause accidents and have people killed or dissapear.. or lead them to ill health or misfortune. The act, gives them this right when interpreted to its full capacity since 1971.

The act also gives the public and protesters such a right as well. But the political part is compatible only because of the 1688 Bill of rights, Right to Petition.

Anyone else would be claiming a general legitimate interest or privilege. Although medical rights can apply, for example disability access to modify structures or entrances. Unless protected specially. 

I believe that because of the criminal damage act and Bill of rights, the new policing bill is illegal. 

The attack on heritage of the Warriors Tomb site was around 1960 apparently by George Haigh builder. But i believe these peers were directing it from behind the scenes as set out in the buisness networks and council organisations set out by Anonymous official in the previous update. So they will not have been covered by or had any right under the Criminal damage act 1971. And as Varley did not properly attribute importance to the site, during or after the War.. they attempt to evade knowledge. Yet fires were lit at Royal events on multiple occasions in the hill.

Ironically i raise the arson clause of the act and the mound being surrounded by trees. 

I believe that within the structure of buisness as set out in the previous video Anonymous uploaded yesterday . That the peers have been acting in intervention to events, buisness and actions they are not favourable to and against persons they wished to hinder. Obstruct or remove.. and they gave themselves such a right through the criminal damage act 1971. And i believe they are behind the current and ongoing attacks on heritage . Using building developments and strategy.. such as even in Ireland they lobby for laws that make building 500+ home apartment blocks next to heritage sites, near unstoppable or very difficult to stop. As we are finding now with the Glen Druid Dolmen.

There are many other issues. Such as diet, food supply, national image, anthem that is used to control the public. But its about making their image good and the image of those who stand in their way bad.
