Facebook ads is not the best place to promote petitions.

I don't rate how Facebook ads is set up. Its quite obstructive to petitioning. Also misleading settings. Such as clicking to edit and advert actually re submits it to run again

I've just helped get Andrew Coopers petition another 100 signatures which was about £40 of promotion.. the reach was to 11,000 people. I think there are better ways. The charities use Facebook ads to get donations. And i think they get more signatures from their email lists using bulk email.

I have complained to Nick Clegg that Facebook messenger should not be treating petition requests as spam.
