I have found some old photos & statements from local people about the history around the Yorkshire show & the Development & expansion around the Warriors. I believe this connects Military interest & also strategy, removal of visual access and there was supposedly a claim that agriculture would be promoted & focused on. & that unfortunately did not happen. Quite the opposite.

Apparently the Edgewood Avenue might have been built around 1960 and the houses cost £12,000 each
