The developer has submitted an application, to the Minister for Planning, requesting to change existing zoning from 'special use recreational' to 'residential' and permit more than 800 lots. Did you know that of these 800+sqm lots 80% are under 450sqm! 33% will be under 300sqm This proposed development is NOT in line with neighbourhood character. SAY NO!
