When King's Revival Church prepared to invite Uebert Angel to Sri Lanka in 2020, an an urgent and earnest appeal to Pastor Jerome Fernando, to not have Angel entering our beloved motherland, went unheeded. In spite of being fully aware of the dangerous heresy of Angel that is being used by the man to destroy the faith once for all delivered to the saints as recorded in Jude 3, Kings Revival Church ensured that Uebert Angel arrived in Colombo on the invitation to great pomp and fanfare at the VIP section of Bandaranayake International Airport.
The dangerous multi-millionare con-artist's arrival was not only grandly heralded by Kandyan drummers with KRC church leaders in attendance, he was garlanded and given celebrity status in a vain and ostentatious splashing of money with Jerome Fernando adorning a luxury tuxedo and KRC "elders" sitting in the front row, displaying none of the attributes of sincere, Christian leadership. His conferences were held to an audience of 5000 innocent and gullible people at the Sri Lanka Convention Centre on 31 Jan and 1 Feb 2020.
In the course of the two day conference Uebert Angel used his platform to defile the triune nature of Almighty God, blaspheme scripture and mangle the holy truths of the Bible. Uebert Angel introduced 20 + heresies to the people of Sri Lanka and his online audience accompanied with dubious signs and wonders. Heresy in Christianity denotes the formal denial or doubt of a core doctrine of the Christian faith as defined by Christian church teachings.
Uebert Angel is a false teacher and false prophet. In Colombo his conference was a parody of a rock concert complete with, flashing lights, counterfeit miracles and promotional promises that “God will show off”. His smooth words carried heretical and blasphemous teachings that have infiltrated the vulnerable Sri Lankans.
Uebert Angel (born Uebert Mudzanire and officially changing his name to 'Angel' on the basis that he gets visited by angels all the time) is a con-artist and fraud who has swindled money off his innocent followers. Uebert has been forbidden entrance to Zambia. Arrest warrants have been issued to compel Uebert Angel to accountability. In 2015, Anderson Tagara confessed in court during trial, that Uebert Angel co-erced him to make a fake agreement and ordered him to help Angel defraud Ndabazinengi Shava. In 2014, Uebert Angel was forced to leave Zimbabwe after he had had a number of brushes with authorities including getting placed on the police "wanted" list. He has since returned, after procuring an out-of-court settlement so that he may continue his tour of Zimbabwe, Uganda, Tanzania, India, Nigeria, Netherlands and Germany. Yet Jerome Fernando surreptitiously ensured that this master fraud would defile the beautiful island of Sri Lanka.
In the past, immigration authorities in Zambia have been placed on high-alert, receiving records of Uebert Angel's activities, leading to Angel being strictly refused entry into Zambia on the basis of illegal support of Zambia's opposition. Angel has been deported on entry, but continues to have a church down Along Buchi Road, in his name. Over 300 Christians pleaded with KRC that they did not want Uebert Angel or anyone from his blacklisted 'Good News Church" to set foot in Sri Lanka. Yet Uebert who has been deported, convicted of crime, been found guilty in a court of law, who has been marked as dangerous and fraudulent - a thug who issues death threats when he does not get his way and is serious about harming people who don't agree to his demands, came into our beautiful country and made a mockery of the Lord Jesus Christ and the true Christian faith. The conference was all about teachings contrary to the Christian faith. He produced miracle money and supernaturally caused money notes to appear. Uebert Angel had Jerome Fernando's complete sponsorship as he hoodwinked all the people who were in attendance with shocking heresy upon heresy that goes completely against the tenets of the Christian faith.
Immigration Department Public Relations Officer Namati H. Nshinka who is still the Immigration Officer in 2019, confirmed : “The Department of Immigration at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport on Thursday, 4th May, 2017 refused entry to Prophet Uebert Angel, a Zimbabwean national, pursuant to the Immigration and Deportation Act, 2010.” He came down to Sri Lanka for free and has cast his spell on our islanders despite being a multi-millionaire masquerading as a 'Prophet of God' who is far from being "Christian". This master fraud who was even wanted by police, set his heart on Sri Lanka through Kings Revival Church because of the arrogant and sadistic insistence of Jerome Fernando who ensured that Angel is treated like a star.
Did you know that Uebert Angel is well capable of threatening to harm the lives of any Sri Lanka who does not bend to his ruthless dictatorship? Uebert Angel is known for his violence and dangerous outbursts. Angel will come after you, even to the point of killing you if he has to shut you down. Last year, when Christian author Brilliant Pongo (https://www.facebook.com/brilliantpongo simply followed up after Uebert's 'spiritual son' George Jongwe, to inquire after a small amount of money which he lost to Angel's associates that was owed back to Pongo, Jongwe issued a severe death threat to him on behalf of Uebert Angel. “We have set traps for you. We will fix you. Let me warn you. You don’t know who you are messing with. We are the Angel family”, he said to Pongo. Later, Pongo said “I must say ... I was not at all surprised. I expected this sort of thing from Uebert and his mafia. They are all charlatans masquerading as men of God. And it is my pleasure to expose them''. Pongo who is the director of Onward Media Consultancy, has had enough experiences of what it is like to fall into the clutches of Angel.
Uebert Angel was out to deceive as many as he can, with the promise that he can "provoke a reaction", which is the theme of his ministry and was the last thing we needed to expose our beautiful Sri Lanka, to his crafty spell. When Uebert Angel is not accepted among genuine Christians and international journalists worldwide who have closely followed the confidence-trickster's masterful rise to power, Jerome Fernando made sure that Angel is brought down and hailed as a powerful 'Prophet of God'. Convenor of the "Fake Prophets Must Fall movement", Christian Journalist Solomon Ashoms, has repeatedly mentioned Uebert Angel among his list of Fake Prophets and specifically requested that criminal action needs to be taken against him. A team of concerned pastors in Ghana has discovered that Angel uses occult charms and power, to perform miracles. In 2018, Lazarus Amos of Onward Christian Radio, spoke to a Pastor close to Angel who admitted to Amos that “Uebert Angel is a master of deception and misdirection when the heat was on in Zimbabwe". Ghana's Christian Pastor Lawrence Ajoba consistently mentions the ample evidence and proof of Uebert Angel and Angel's close associate, Emannuel Makandiwa in actively seeking voodoo and occult powers to lure and entrap gullible worshipers. "The strong muti or ngorongoro voodoo - black magic sorcery and witchcraft, is the source of his unexplainable wealth, which has seen Angel winning contracts in America'' Ajobo said, at a public press conference.
In 2 full nights of unthinkable blasphemy in Colombo Uebert Angel not only confused, distracted and muddled the mind of the listener with multiple messages of error (presented as truths) that have got implanted in the listener's mind but he has succeeded in creating an aura around himself, so as to make the innocent follower assume that he is a special being with special powers of prophecy and revelation.
Many sincere Sri Lankan Christians are crying out, questioning Jerome Fernando for what he has done. KRC knowing that Uebert Angel appeals to the vulnerable mind, has adamantly continued to disregard every cry against Jerome Fernando's treachery. Regardless of the blaspheme and in spite of the false claims thousands of followers continue to fall under the spell of Uebert Angel was showed in Colombo, how he is a master at detracting from the true Gospel by suppressing all theological truths and the foundational principles of God's infallible word by replacing them with perversion and lies that his messages were filled with.
Angel who distracts the follower from the simple truths of the Bible, by sensationalizing his messages into attention-attracting, heretically irreverent titles. exposed an eager audience to unprecedented heresy and untruths while Jerome Fernando endorsed it. Why did KRC do this? Jerome Fernando made sure that once he set his eyes on Sri Lanka, our innocent people were devoured. Jerome Fernando exposed our motherland to a master-fraud like Angei despite 300 Christians signing this petition that warned that he was dangerous and pleaded denial of Uebert Angel's entry into Sri Lanka.
Harare magistrate Mr Tendai Mahwe STILL confims that Police records listed him as wanted for committing crimes of fraud as defined in Section 136 Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act Chapter 9:23 in June 2013. "Uebert Angel is a legitimate fraud, a proven deceiver, a master manipulator and a con-artist. The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe officials have backlisted him but he has managed to wriggle his way out of it and became even more popular.” (The Standard 1 March 2015). The Bishop of Zimbabwe, Bishop C.B Matondo issued a warning in as recent as November 2019, alerting all his people about the dangerous activities of Uebert Angel. The Bishop called Angel out as a dangerous fake.
We pleaded 'do not bring Uebert Angel down to Sri Lanka'. We saw how on November 3rd, 2019, Uebert Angel claimed that he 'saw everything' and prophesied that the bloodline President - Sajith Premadasa (father Ranasinghe Premadasa to son Sajith Premadasa - the only bloodline candidate) would win the elections. He then edited and released this cover-up https://youtu.be/eGFjW8NV4DM to make it seem like he meant Gothabaya Rajapaksa would win the election and turned off the comments so that no one could question him.

Jerome Fernando dishonoured Sri Lanka and the Christian people and has introduced Sri Lanka to the demon of doctrines and witchcraft expressly warned against in the Bible, whilst calling it 'Christianity'.
We stand against Jerome Fernando. Once a gifted man of God, Jerome Fernando has now caused damage to the souls of hundreds who are now in trance, brainwashed and unquestioningly following after Uebert Angel as per Jerome Fernando's perfidious instigation. Enough is enough.
