In the recent turmoil of the shutdown of the KCL Libertarian Society event by Antifa we stand up for freedom of speech on Campus. No one, regardless of opinion or background should be banned from expressing their views and challenging ours on KCL property. We are here to learn, discuss and develop our minds, something made difficult with KCLs safe space policy and the lack of security measures on events where “controversial” speakers appear.

Students as ourselves go to university to learn, broaden our perspectives and challenge our views on the world. The ban on free speech on some individuals will quickly spread on to others, lets prevent that together.
