Thanks to everyone who has signed this petition!  Even bigger thanks to those who have shared the petition with your networks, or contacted King County representatives about this issue!  Please continue to do whatever you can to get the word out about it.  I have time set up with Joe McDermott tomorrow and am planning to ask how he is going to vote on this issue as well as get details on the timeline and planned community outreach.  I’m going to insist that Joe come talk with the community to explain his position and hear feedback directly from the people whose health is impacted.  I’ll share whatever I find out.
