We've had a response back from Chantal, from the Vegan Lifestyle Association who have already been working with Quorn: "I'm delighted to tell you that another three vegan products will be released soon and that the CEO wants the entire range to be vegan. One of the things that has slowed progress is that there's currently a worldwide shortage of potato starch, which is one of the ingredients they need to replace the egg white.
