Thank you all for your continued support. Joshs story, and others like him have been talked about in the Houses of Parliament twice in the last week. Once at an All party parliamentary group meeting on learning disabilities, at which I spoke for 5 minutes about Josh and this campaign. The meeting was chaired by Lord Rix, and attended by the Care Minister Norman Lamb, as well as representatives from Mencap and the Challenging Behaviour Foundation. He was also talked about at a debate in Westminster Hall. Below is an extract of my speech: “Children like Josh who for whatever reason cant be cared for full time in the family home should be able to ask for Mummy and Daddy and expect them to be there at their side within an hour. I stand before you now speaking not as a professional, but as a Dad. A loving Dad, who only ever really wanted one thing. The very best for his Son. The one and only Joshua Wills" Meanwhile, I’m pleased to tell you all that Josh has been moved into his own bungalow with carers. Still in Birmingham but this is a big step, and change, that will hopefully give him some renewed independence, and help him re-learn some valuable life skills again, ready for the day he comes back to Cornwall. For now, please keep sharing Josh's petition, and thank you, as always, all for your continued love and support. Phill
