We did it! Together we did it!

I'm pleased to announce that our petition has reached and surpassed our goal of 2500! This journey has taken 7 months but we have not been resting on our laurels. Together we did it! People from all over the world have taken part in this petition and the diversity is incredible. Just in the last several days hundreds of people have signed just by getting the word out via email and social media. As promised the petition will be sent to the various leaders and stakeholders in the renaming process. But instead of stopping here let's push the goal to 5000! I'm convinced we can make this happen much faster. Why you ask? Because now we know the goal more clearly and we can encourage more of our family, friends, and neighbors who want to honor the life and legacy of Muhammad Ali.
