After my 38 page amended lawsuit was filed yet again; this time with 21 newly discovered officers that were involved, LMPD still refuses to hold these officers accountable. The Jefferson district courthouse still has a flag on the original case number which is 17F5067 (17F005067) telling any and everyone that inquires about the search warrant that it is sealed even after a sitting judge has ordered twice that it be released to me. The court clerk who works with LMPD advised that she contacted the officers on the search warrant that was admitted in Discovery and let them know that I was seeking the public record from a case that closed 6 days after it opened on MY property; as if she was threatening me right before she called her lawyers into the room to tell them I was requesting a true copy of the search warrant that was denied at my home on the day of. I expected her to do her job, unfortunately I failed. This is honestly exhausting! Here is the news story and the GoFundMe links... I will update again after the next media/press release
