Public's Call: Todd House to Resign (Pinal County Board of Supervisor District 5)

Todd House has yet to put the public's health and welfare before Johnson Utilities. It has been evident through many public communications he's had through Board of Supervisor (BOS) meetings including this video here: https://www.facebook.com/theunitedcitizens/videos/150276282340778/
The public believes that there is the appearance of a conflict of interest between Todd House, Johnson Utilities and whether to serve the public or not. Todd House has repeatedly supported Johnson Utilities rather than the concerns of his constituents in Pinal County who have endangered through Johnson Utilities: sewage overflows, hazardous gas emissions, low water pressure, etc.
