The "Shoot, Shovel and Shut up" Mentality on the Kenai Peninsula  and all of Alaska, needs to change and people need to be held accountable for their actions and we need laws and the people to enforce this.  Sheryl Engle......Quyana's Killer. Shot and Murdered , while Sheryl was standing on the road , AND Quyana was on her own property AND, CHILDREN were in the vicinity....  Her chickens were killed in the spring I believe ? Months ago and there is a very high Lynx population is this area. This dog has been around MANY, little critters and has NEVER shown aggression towards them. This family was NOT spoken to before, about ANY problem with this dog. The children of BOTH families , have played together with this dog .Also her daughter supposedly was not near the shooting but tried to stop her mother ??? AND saw the whole thing... AND supposedly was being threatened by Quyana ??? This is NOT what the daughter told CHILDREN and friends, in tears at school that morning... These "shooters" and the people that encourage them to "Shoot, Shoot , Shoot" and TALK about it AHEAD of time, should be held accountable for their PREMEDITATED actions.
