A month after recieving our rejection letter from the lawfirm representing the water District.

I was served with a stop work order on my conditional use permits issued by a separate county dept.

I am being threatened with removal of my dogs after paying a dog kennel permit 10.months ago and arraignment on Sep 24.

County also reassessed my taxes reflectling my dog kennel.

County acceoted my fees but claims they failed to issue said permit 

I have since had to make other accomodations for my pets off my own property.

I spoke at the Mac board meeting last Thursday with Supervisor LP and he seemed to not know this had happened and gave us reassurrance he would seek some relief from this strange attack from planning

To date planning nor the water District has offered any remedy in writing or returned my numerous calls.

Its all a game to them but its our life.

Stay tuned for how they decided to handle this before Sep 24.

We are in fact letting them hang themselves before we file lawsuits. The more they harm us the more evidence of collusion.

But perhaps its all just one big mistake or mis understanding.
